The Catalog allows you to browse, search, and manage all entities within your DataX instance. It combines a table view and a folder tree organized by Source System, giving you multiple ways to find entities. You can quickly filter, navigate to Blueprints or Scaffold Transformations, and access shortcuts for creating and managing entities.
Accessing the Catalog
Navigate to Documentation in the navigation menu.
The Catalog page displays:
Table view – lists all entities
Folder tree – organized by Source System
To filter for a specific entity:
Click into the Search Entity input field and type the entity name.
Both the folder tree and table will automatically update.
By default, the search filters by entity name, but you can refine it using the Search By dropdown.
Clicking on an entity title (in the table or folder tree) navigates to the Blueprint or Scaffold Transformation.

Expand/Collapse Folders: Click on any folder to expand or collapse it.
Create a New Blueprint:
Hover over the Blueprint folder
Click the 3-dot menu that appears
Select New Blueprint
Hover over an entity, to see management shortcuts on an entity.
Entity Description will display when hovering over the title of the entity.
