To view accounts from your legacy Student Information System, open the People tab in the main navigation.

The People page displays a list of all SIS accounts.

Use the search bar to locate a specific account, then select the account to view the account details.

When you open an account, the Contact Information view is displayed by default.

This view includes details such as email addresses, physical addresses, and phone numbers.

To view additional information, open the Select Details to Display dropdown and choose a different view.

The available views depend on the account type.

All users can select any available view. If you do not have permission to access a selected view, an Access Denied message will appear, indicating the permission required.

The following provides a mapping on the Banner forms in each section.

To view the data Academic History, users will need access to Student Data Access.

To view the data in Financial Aid, users will need access to Financial Aid Access.

To view the data for Grants Finance, users will need access to Finance Data Access.

To view the data in Finance History, users will need access to Finance Data Access.

To view the data in Purchasing Details, users will need access to Finance Data Access.

To view the data in Human Resources, users will need access to Human Resource Access.

Archived SIS accounts can be found within the People tab.
