The Updated Navigation Experience will release on Tuesday, February 10th.
We’ve refreshed the navigation to make it easier to find what you need—faster. The update focuses on a cleaner layout, smoother navigation, and more control over how the menu appears.
What’s Changed
A clearer, more compact layout
The navigation menu is still on the left and opens by default, but it’s now more streamlined and easier to scan:
Smaller icons paired with text, shown side by side
Improved readability while using less vertical space
Related pages visible together in expandable sections
At a glance, it’s easier to see where things live and access related pages.
Expandable sections before navigating
Instead of redirecting you to a separate child menu, related pages now expand in place:
Clicking a parent item expands it to reveal related pages
Items without related pages will take you directly to their page
An arrow shows whether a section is expanded or collapsed
Select a child item to navigate directly to that page
This keeps related content together and reduces unnecessary page switching.
Collapsible navigation for more screen space
When you need more room to focus, you can now collapse the navigation without losing access to it:
Click the X at the top of the menu to switch to it an icons-only view
Hover over icons to see tooltips for quick identification
Click the hamburger icon at any time to expand the menu again
This gives you flexibility to adjust your workspace based on what you’re doing.
Multi-Product Navigation Location
For institutions with multi-product navigation, the product select is now at the bottom of the menu, keeping all navigation in one place.
You can still switch between products just as before, nothing has been removed.
The new location keeps all navigation in one place, so it’s easier to manage your workflow.
Click the product name at the bottom of the menu to select a different product.
This change consolidates navigation in a single, consistent location while keeping switching between products quick and easy.
What Stayed the Same
The navigation remains on the left side of the screen
Your current page is still clearly highlighted
All existing sections and pages are still available—just easier to find.
The underlying structure hasn’t changed. Everything is simply presented in a more accessible way.
