Grade column categories
Canvas courses now have a Categories drawer on the grade columns list showing assignment group weights, positions, and drop rules from the archived data.

Outcomes detail
Restructured to match the legacy view: corrected proficiency rating and description sections, fixed decaying versus weighted average labels, added an Alignments section, and added outcome group navigation with a side panel.

People archive
Now matches the legacy layout, with Enrolled Courses and Messages tabs, LMS-specific enrollment columns, and detail views for conversations and user messages.

Assignment detail
Archived assignments now show aligned goals, submission counts, and LMS-specific facts, with categories resolved from legacy assignment group titles.

What's New targeting
Announcements are now scoped to the products your tenant actually has, so SIS Archive-only tenants no longer see DataX-only updates.

Archived page detail
Simplified to show publish status and page content, without the extra metadata panels used elsewhere in the archive.

Grant and proposal tables
Removed search inputs from short nested tables in grant and proposal detail — Location, Personnel, User Defined Data, and Pass Through Agency — where filtering a handful of rows wasn't useful.

Pass Through Agency empty state
No longer shows "No data available" above a valid Pass Through Indicator.

Integrations status updates
The Integrations widget and admin list now refresh on a steady cadence instead of re-rendering on every sync event, so rows no longer jump position while syncs are running.

SSO sign-in failures
Users with a linked SSO account but no existing tenant record can now sign in instead of hitting a repeated unable_to_get_user_info error.

Exception Log
Course Setup now includes an Exception Log with paginated import exception history, severity and interaction filters, search, and links back to import runs. Available on courses with imports enabled.

Platform status in the dashboard
The profile menu and sidebar now show live platform health, with dismissible cards for active incidents and announcements.

Trust Portal link
Added to the profile menu, below Docs. Opens the K16 Trust Portal in a new tab.

Faster dashboard navigation
Pages respond immediately when you click, with loading skeletons on admin and analytics routes instead of a blank wait.

Large file previews
Spreadsheet and document previews for XLSX, CSV, and DOCX no longer freeze the page on large files. Long files show a bounded set of rows with a note about truncation.

Diagram zoom controls
Explore, Relationships, and Lineage diagrams now have +/− zoom buttons, including in dialog views.

Snowflake connection errors
Creating a connection no longer reports a false unauthorized-role error after the token is successfully issued. Error messages now explain what to do about duplicates, role conflicts, and timeouts instead of showing the raw backend error.

Lists shifting during refresh
Integrations rows and lakehouse import results no longer jump or go blank while status refreshes in the background.

Course navigation
Added an "All courses" link to the course rail and mobile menu. Removed the source-integration footer to declutter the rail.

Reporting workbook errors
When the reporting service fails to return workbooks, the page now shows an error with a retry option instead of an empty list that looked like you had no workbooks.

Integration credential checks
Background credential validation no longer re-runs repeatedly during a session, which could cascade into spurious authentication errors on the integrations page.

Grade Columns list
Now shows Name, Category, and Points only, with a header that stays put while scrolling.

Gradebook score details
Clicking a score now opens grade history, submission comments, and instructor feedback, matching the legacy gradebook.

Discussion thread display
Replies are indented and show author names instead of placeholder IDs, with reply counts on collapsed threads.

HEIC and HEIF photo previews
These no longer appear as broken images in course files and folders. They now show a file type icon with a download option.
