User Data Management
A new admin surface for Academic Holds and Removal Requests, with student search, hold updates, removal requests, and restore workflows. Available on Archive V2 tenants for administrators with user data permissions.
Export selected worksheet rows
Select individual rows or a full page of analytics worksheet results and export or copy just that selection as CSV, TSV, or JSON. Exporting with nothing selected still returns the full query.
Bulk delete for Lakehouse imports
Select multiple imports and delete them together, with a confirmation dialog and reporting if any individual delete fails.
Canvas Backup student experience
Backup students now see a read-only orientation guide on the dashboard, and the course view has been tailored to their access: enrollments, grading configuration, and gradebook export are hidden, and quizzes show an overview without questions or other students' attempts.
SSN and TIN masking
SIS account identifiers now display as *--1234 in both list and detail views. Users with HR access can reveal a full value on demand, and plaintext is no longer held in query caches.
Grade column submissions
The grade column view now has a searchable, paginated submissions table with PDF export, and clicking a score opens the full gradebook entry detail. Headers stay visible while the table scrolls.
Automatic course import
Import-by-end-date settings are available again for self-service Archive V2 tenants, with configuration on Canvas and Brightspace integrations and source labels when creating an import. Enabled per tenant.
Large worksheet results
Analytics worksheets no longer freeze on large result sets — rows and columns now render only as you scroll to them.
Long-running pages
Pages left open for extended periods no longer accumulate memory. Imports and deployments stop polling when nothing is active, and dashboard widgets share a single update stream.
Deletion confirmations
Snapshot and schedule delete dialogs now name the item being deleted, so it's clear which one you're confirming.
Course page headers
Removed the repetitive instructional subtitles from course content headers across archive lists, detail pages, gradebook, files, and enrollments.
Dashboard cleanup
Removed the Integration and SSO provider shortcuts from the dashboard and New menu, and clarified the integrations widget when none are configured.
SIS account pages
Section tables hide search when there are only a few rows, academic history enrollments match the legacy list configuration, and permission copy no longer references enrollment export.
Table row actions
Row actions on admin users and integrations are now in a consistent overflow menu instead of varying by table.
Canvas Backup course access
Newly provisioned backup users can now reach their enrolled course list. Previously the Courses section was unavailable to them.
Course list refresh
Refreshing the course list now shows newly synced and updated courses immediately, without a full page reload.
Group set member rows
Clicking a member in a group set no longer navigates into the gradebook enrollment detail. Membership browsing stays on the roster view.
Blueprint role access
Role access grants are now applied when a blueprint is published rather than during draft save, so only the roles you checked receive access.
Catalog relationships popup
Now closes on its own when a blueprint has no relationships to display.
