Brightspace integration
Brightspace is now available as an LMS integration, with an automated setup that walks through authorization and a manual option for entering application and user credentials directly. Configurable when creating an integration or from the Config tab afterward.
Course restore
Deleted Canvas and Brightspace courses can now be restored from the course Restore page, with readiness checks, a source and target picker, and a result log that tracks each phase while the restore runs. Archive V2 tenants, restore permission required.
Courses CSV export
Export the courses list to CSV, including import status columns.
Diagrams from the Schema Explorer
Explore, Relationships, and Lineage now open directly from the worksheet Schema Explorer header, with the selected column in focus.
Archived course gradebooks
Display grade is now the default view, with Points still available from the toggle. Rows are identified by student first and last name, headers stay visible while scrolling, and enrollments can be filtered by active, inactive, or both. Opening a student shows grade column titles, and Canvas final, current, and unposted columns appear when the archive has them.
Module item details
Clicking a module item now opens its details in a side drawer over the modules list instead of navigating away. File items show type and size with a download action, and existing links to the old page redirect into the drawer.
Course Enrollments
The Users tab is now Enrollments, with a simplified column set, name sorting by default, and rows that open the enrollment detail. First and last names display consistently across the roster and section views.
Faster list and summary pages
Course terms, import runs, course search, and course summaries now load faster on large tenants.
Course imports availability
Course imports can now be turned on or off per institution, in addition to existing permission checks. Enabled by default.
Analytics Dashboards marked Beta
Dashboards now carries a Beta label in the sidebar, tooltips, and command palette, with an explanation of what that means.
Worksheet and editor polish
Query execution timing now shows after every run rather than only slow ones, keyboard shortcut labels match your operating system, and the column visibility menu has a select-all toggle.
Catalog column details
Entity columns are now sorted alphabetically, and column origin details open consistently from an info control on catalog detail and related pages.
Wide table scrolling
Long tables across the catalog, business glossary, documents, folders, imports, deployments, and column constraints now scroll horizontally inside the table rather than pushing the page sideways.
Documentation catalog stuck empty
Large catalogs could get stuck showing an empty cached result. The cache limit has been raised, oversized entries are no longer served, and a Refresh control has been added to the catalog toolbar and command palette.
Grade Scale on Canvas archives
Grade Scale now includes scales stored as grade schemas, not only grade scales, with correct symbol and scheme detail and updated counts on course and gradebook summaries.
