Step by Step instructions for New User logging in to their Scaffold instance for the first time.

  1. Open the email that was sent to you from the [email protected], regarding your account creation.

  2. Click on the Scaffold URL that was provided to you in the account creation email.

  3. Once on the login screen to your Scaffold instance, enter the username and temporary password that was provided in the account creation email.

  4. Click the Sign In button, you will be redirected to the account set up process.

  5. In the Confirm Details screen, confirm/update

    1. first name

    2. last name

    3. email alias

  6. On the Set New Password screen, enter the following

    1. Old Password: the temporary password that was provided to you

    2. New Password: enter a new password, ensure that the password requirements are met

    3. Confirm Password: re-enter the new password

  7. Click the Submit button.

  8. On the Verify Contact Details page

    1. Click the Verify button. This will trigger an email to you with a verification code.

    2. Enter the verification code in the Verification Code input field and click the Submit button.
      Optional: You may also enter and verify your phone number.

  9. Once your email has been verified, a green check will appear next to your email alias.

  10. Click the Continue button, you will now be logged into your Scaffold instance.
