Navigate to the login screen of the Scaffold instance.
Select the Forgot Password link.
Enter your username (case sensitive) and click Submit Username.
You will receive an email with the password recovery instructions and a link to reset your password.
Click the link that was provided in the email.
You will be directed to the Set New Password page, where you will create your new password.
Note:
If you try to reset your password with your email alias, you will not receive the email to reset your password. You must use the username for password resets.
If your user account has not previously been set up, you will instead receive an email with a new temporary password. Once logged in with the temporary password, you will be taken through the steps of setting up your user account.
