When a new user account is created, the users recieve an email with their login details and temporary password. If a user has lost their account creation email, an admin can resend the account creation details with the Password Refresh.
To send a password refresh:
Select the Admin section from the Scaffold Navigation.
Enter the username (case senistive).
Click the Refresh Password button.
Note:
The password refresh will only work for users who have not logged into Scaffold and have created a password.
New User Accounts can also follow the Forgot Password process as well to get a temporary password.
