When a new user is created they automatically receive an email from Scaffold with their user account details. An institution is able to make adjustments to the automatic email that users receive.
To update the New User Email Template:
Navigate to the Admin section from the Scaffold Navigation.
Select User Accounts and scroll to the New Users section.
Make the necessary updates as needed,
Subject: is the subject line of the email
Body: will be the body of the email
Note:
All email templates must include the following in the email body:
{link} : provides the scaffold URL
{username} : provides the username for the account created
{password} : provides the temporary password for the user to login.
