What is the duration of K16 Solutions’ access to your LMS?

K16 Solutions maintains access for the duration of your Archiving contract.

Does K16 Solutions pull the actual course from the LMS?

No. Course content and student submission data are copied from the LMS.

What security measures are included with your Archiving instance?

All Archiving instances are housed “in region” using Amazon Web Services (AWS). Secure access is designated to K16 Solutions and to your institution’s users (see Users and Roles).
