Setting up MFA for user accounts.

For institutions with MFA enabled, each user will need to configure MFA for their account upon logging in.

To set up MFA:

  1. Log in to your Scoffold instance.

  2. When the MFA prompt appears, click the "Authenticator App" button.

  3. Scan the displayed QR code using an Authenticator App.

  4. Enter the MFA code from the Authenticator App into the provided field in your Scoffold

Once a user has set up MFA, they will need to enter both their password and an MFA code from the Authenticator App each time they log in.

Note: If your institution does not currently have MFA enabled and wishes to enable it, please submit a request to our support team.
