For institutions with MFA enabled, each user will need to configure MFA for their account upon logging in.
To set up MFA:
Log in to your Scoffold instance.
When the MFA prompt appears, click the "Authenticator App" button.
Scan the displayed QR code that displays using an Authenticator App on your phone.
Enter the MFA code that displays in the Authenticator App into the provided field under the QR code that was scanned.
Once MFA is enabled for your user account, you will need to enter both your password and the MFA code from the Authenticator App when logging in.
Note: If your institution does not currently have MFA enabled and wishes to enable it, please submit a request to our support team.
