Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Setting up Multi-Factor Authentication for user accounts.

Effective June 1, 2026, MFA is required for all users on Scaffold instances.

To set up MFA:

  1. Log in to your Scaffold instance.

  2. When the MFA prompt appears, click the "Authenticator App" button.

  3. Scan the displayed QR code that displays using an Authenticator App on your phone.

  4. Enter the MFA code from the Authenticator App into the provided field under the QR code.

Once MFA is enabled for your user account, you will need to enter both your password and the MFA code from the Authenticator App each time you log in.

Note: If your MFA needs to be reset, you will need to reach out to support.
