Once logged in, users with the appropriate access in Scaffold AI Detection will arrive at the AI Detection Dashboard. This dashboard displays comprehensive AI reports for the entire institution, updated daily.

Dashboard Reports Include

  • Total Submissions: The total number of submissions for the institution.

  • AI-Generated Content Percentage: The overall percentage of content identified as AI-generated.

  • AI Percentage by Submission Type: Breakdown of AI-generated content based on different submission types.

  • Top Students: A list of students with the highest % of AI Generated submissions.

  • Top Courses: A list of courses with the highest % of AI Generated submissions.

You can filter the dashboard by:

  • Term

  • Submission date

  • Student Name

  • Course Code

  • AI classification

The Student Summary section lists all students along with their courses and submission results. You can adjust the filters accordingly to narrow down to specific students as needed.

The Course Summary section displays all courses and their submission results. Adjust the filtering options to view submissions for specific courses.

Creating a Bookmark

If you frequently use specific filter settings in the AI Dashboard, you can save those filters as a bookmark for easy access.

  1. Apply Filters: Start by selecting the filters you want to use.

  2. Click the Bookmark Icon: Locate the bookmark icon in the top right corner of the AI Dashboard.

  3. Save as New Bookmark: Select “Save as a New Bookmark.”

  4. Title Your Bookmark: Enter a name for your bookmark and decide if it should be set as the default view.

  5. Save Your Bookmark: Click the “Save” button to finalize the process.

Once your bookmark is created, you can edit the name or delete the bookmark at any time from the Manage Bookmarks option.

Important Note: Terms only appear in the Sigma report when they meet these criteria:

  • Courses have started

  • Courses must have AI detections from student submissions

  • Terms with courses that haven't started yet won't appear, even if the courses are set up, because there aren't any submissions yet to analyze.
