With the July Canvas Archiving Release, when you log into your Canvas Archiving instance:
Admin users will be directed to the new Import page, replacing the Dashboard.
Non-admin users will land on the Courses page.
Key features on the new Import page include:
Courses Progress Bar: Tracks courses in queue, imported courses, and remaining purchased courses.
Integration Creation and Status: Create new integrations and monitor their status.
New Import Creation: Easily initiate new imports for archiving courses.
Pause and Cancel Imports: You can pause or cancel individual import runs, in addition to pausing all imports or pausing by integration.
Import Run List: Displays import creation dates and status. Clicking a row provides detailed import information, including associated courses and their statuses.
Download CSV: Download of successfully imported courses targeting import date range.
Additional new features and enhancements introduced with this release:
New Import options added for importing by Course End Date, CSV Upload, and Individual Course ID.
Quick Help guided tours that will be replacing the Archive Wizard.
Enrollments CSV Download, export enrollments for all courses that have been archived.
Course List Export of all imported courses, including failed courses.
