If a course was soft deleted in Canvas, after being imported into Canvas Archiving, you are able to use the course restore feature to restore the course in Canvas.
Within the corresponding course you would like to restore,
select the down arrow that appears next to the Sync to LMS button
then select Restore Course
The notification panel will open, informing you that the course is being restored and will update accordingly once completed.
Note:
Restoring a course to Canvas will restore the original Canvas Course with the course content. Student Enrollments will not be restored.
